2) Choose between the different options


•  Cottage Premium,

•  Cottage VIP,

•  50% ownership of a Cottage Premium,

•  Purchase of several units to get a discount on listed price.


3) I sign a booking contract


Once your choice made, you sign a reservation form in which you will find:


•  The type of property I'm buying,

•  A detailed price of the property,

•  My civil status (personal information),

•  Floor plans,

•  Specifications,

•  Banking information.


4) Proceed with the stage payments


 Pay the amounts requested to our attorney’s escrow account.


5) I get my title deed


After the purchase price and all required fees are paid, I receive a title deed.


 6) My investment is rented out


Right after receiving my title, my cottage is rented out and I have nothing to worry about its management. Benefit-Hotels SA takes care of everything: Rents collection, advertising, management, payment of operating costs, maintenance, etc. I simply receive my rental income each month.
